You would have to discuss it with Packet and Horse. HR got one because we are ALL old timers and regulars on NS, and about 90% of us are admins so we are a little special (no bus jokes guys). SSP got one because Packet owns the server and is in SSP, and all of SSP are admins. Don't know if you would be able to get one or not, but unless Packet and the gang has known you for awhile, and unless you group ALWAYS plays on NS I personally would wait awhile before asking if it was me, and build up a good reputation by having the clan play on there extensivly first.
