I buy stuff all the time from ebay, only ever had one prob. That guy wasn't one of the power sellers, only had a few feedback. Just couldn't resist the price. I should have known better, ended up being something like 2 months from the date i won the auction that i actually got the capacitor. Emailed him all the time, no answer. Figured out his msn name and started pming him, got him to actually reply but he kept delaying. Finally just looked up his phone # and started calling him. He sure sounded suprised to be getting a call from california
Got a ton of lame excuses but at least he shipped it.
