yea overall it turned out to be a bit extreme but how many cases a day do police get like that? especially ones where the driver turns out to be violent or already on the run for something, its quite simple, if you break the law than you shouldn't mouth off and swing at cops, thats asking for punishment, I believe that this officer saw a potential threat to he and his trainee's life, they have no way of knowing wether she had a weapon or not and she was being more than hostile, not only was she breaking the law but she was ignoring several warnings, refusing to step out of her car and even swinging at an officer, if i were in his shoes i think I would have done the same thing. I've been tased as well and like the officer said its not as bad as she was making it out to be. If she had wanted to refute the ticket thats what court is for...you don't do it in the officer's face, especially when you're wrong.
