Comcast is trying to upgrade everything, but not really doing a great job at it.
Ive always had problems with cable companies. They give crappy service for a high premium and their support sucks balls. Since I switched to att and dishnetwork, quick service from both, low costs and no problem with connections. It costs 19.99 for the dsl, (2nd from lowest speed), dish is 19.99 a month but locked into a contract. And dont know how much is paid for phone. Bottom line, cheaper and better to go this way if you can (if offered in your area).

Yes, agreed grid line is everything. My friend was living in apartments and he had dsl and would only get 2mb down and like 1.5 up, and when he moved to housing, both tripled. We both were shocked it went that high. So it really depends on where you are.

That is a good idea. Last chances sometimes gets them to get in gear...but if they have already gone to hell, it would be useless.

Btw adelphia was bought out by time warner, so they have to transition to their stuff...so I dont think they mean to go crappy with their services.
