Hi guys since you have a lot of experience with running a public TS server i thought that you could maybe help me out.

how can you ban somebody with a ip range. We had a rather nasty experience were somebody would come back on the TS server and lit. jaim the shit out of us by playing static sounds via his mic. We banned his ip everytime but he kept changing it 81.178.XXX.XXX. How do you guys deal with such a situation?
