I dont think i would go with vista I dont think the drivers are out there for 64 bit so it might give you problems I would stick with XP, If you want I have an upgrade home version if you have a win 95, 98 or ME disk you can use it for a fresh install, I will give it to you if you want it, saves you a few bucks towards hardware. it's a legal copy, I believe with XP 32 bit you are limited to 3 GIGs of ram
I dont like micro ATX either but there may be good ones I didnt like the ones Ive had, I feel like they are shrinking a board down so they have to give up something, thats just me.
