Thats not a 'problem' - Offset memory banks have been around since the stonages. Banks 1 + 3 or banks 2 + 4 or all of them. Motherboards do support logic swapping the banks at boot time (bios option) to protect them from stupid computer users (bonez)

Banks 1/2 SHOULD work, but will NOT be optimal perfromance - Perhaps you are familiar with dual channel memory - You can have 2 ram slots per channel (so your motherboard has 4 ram slots) Banks 1+3 = 1 channel, banks 2+4 = another channel.
