I did. XM is less expensive and the equipment seemed better. I have the XMPCR at work (which you can buy online for around $40 or less if you search a bit), the roady2 in my car, and the skyfi at home.
During hurricane Frances, I was listening to CNN and the weather channel on my home skyfi system. I had a good signal too which is interesting since my house was completely boarded up (and still is
) with aluminum shutters.
Rock stations are cool and the comedy stations are a blast. I can't stand regular radio anymore.. except npr every now and then to catch up on the news.
