hah! this time next year we might be able to fight back. there's a company in Palm Beach that is developing a biodegradable gel which is released into a hurricane by a large jetliner. it's supposed to "cool" the hurricane down which may kill it, or lower it's intensity. preliminary test on thunderstorms have been positive.
the proper follow-up question to this is, should we really use it if it works? hmmm... i know for sure the insurance companies will say a resounding
