I just started playing EoD and I'm not used to your server. I shot your plane as it was taking off, and you banned me, so I'm guessing that is against the rules. I just don't see why I would be banned on site for doing that the first time. Seems like you would at least give me a warning or something or let me know it's against the rules... maybe even a kick... but a ban? That seems a little harsh. Anyways, sorry I broke your rules but I honestly don't believe I deserve to be banned.

Well, the reason i banned you was because i had already kicked you earlier tonight. The kick was because you were shooting your own teams choppers on hill 937. This was the second time, and you were impersonating the [CHIX] clan by changing your name, However it was only an hour ban and I just went ahead and unbanned you.

Stop the lies. I've been watching you. You changed your name to Cindy to chastise the Chix clan. then you got banned by Assassin. After he unbanned you. You came back as Monde later in the evening and tk'd packetloss for the chopper. Then you got permabanned. Do you think we are that ignorant?

Sure it is fair.... Think about it.. It is HIS server......He can do whatever he wants with it.. HE decides who gets to play on it. Remember, it is a PRIVELEGE to play on the server. It is NOT a given right to play on the server.

You don't pay anything to be there. It is a private server hosted by a private individual. He could take it down tomorrow and that would be that.

You should have been more careful and not been an asshat on the server in the first place. You should have gotten the clue from BB when you got banned earlier today.

If you think Assassin was the only admin for the server.. wrong...

As I said earlier, that wasn't me who Tk'd, it was my brother. Your admins are banning people for one offense, which is completely unfair. If you would just give a warning or even just a kick, you wouldn't have all these people constantly posting here for being banned because they would learn your rules.

Another regular was on ts earlier today when we were playing hill 937. He said that you (under your other name La Fin Du Monde) shot the loach before he could get in it. This was the first time i kicked you.

Then later you changed your name to [CHIX]Cindy and impersonated the clan. That is when i banned you.

Then I unbanned you and apparently you tked for the loach again...
