Hi for everyone,

My name is Luiz, im from Brazil, 24 years, Engineer.

Im playing EoD in your server in October 9th at nigth. In a map, i killed a team player (TK) because i thougth that he was from the other team.

30 sec after, by a action totally arbitrary, the present admin kicked me. When I back, he said that if i did a TK again i will be banned. I thougth that was ridiculous because TK not intentionally is normal in BF, and I paly in many other servers and the only that I recived a non-justificative reply of admin was here, that I never had a problem since a 1 year and some months, that i was playing here.

After, admin said that in the server has rules. Well, everybody knows it, becaus it is showing to us everytime, but why he did a kick if i didn´t do nothing!!!!! He banned me completely when I questioned him if when you didn´t do an intentionally TK you will be kicked too... after 10 sec,
I was banned

Now, this admin has banned my player in this server, and I have a question: Why????

The Ninjaserve, from the principle that it has a great server of a mod that don´t have any other good server in the world, because few people play EoD mod, have to has admins that do the correct work, like other great servers, and no admins that acts like an authoritary.

The democracy is necessary, and i repeat that in any time i said works taht attacked the admin. In a small group of people that play EoD, i think taht´s no good create problems by a non-thinked action.

Only to complete, I reported many, many cases of people that was banned for things that they didn´t do, like spawn camp, TK intentionally, etc.

The reality is that people was judged by created things or by what other players said, not for the real.

The admins has to think again about the admin in this servers, by the risk of lose people that want to play in your server. Many times I entered in the server with 5 to 10 players only... imagine if this 5 to 10 players will be banned for something that is not true... like myself...

you're banned one month for tking and spawn camping. had you not argued with the admins for 10 minutes when you rejoined from being kicked, you wouldn't be banned right now.

Machado - You were spawn camping repeated after being warned by multiple admins. Then you tk'd a team mate blatantly. There were people on teamspeak that witnessed your tk'ing. I gave you a kick. When you came back in, I even warned you thru admin messages about spawn camping and tk'ing.

You mentioned that you play on lots of other servers without any problems. I told you to obey the rules or play elsewhere. You continued to argue your side. I wanted to play and was willing to let your offenses go and finally told you to play or to leave. At which point you spouted some spanish obscenities at me as if I can't read spanish. That was the final straw.

We (I) have been more than fair to you. Admins warned you thru text messages. You got a warning kick. And finally a ban for 1 month. I'm sure you can find other servers to play on as you've repeated said.

To start, I don´t speak Spanish, but Portuguese.

The banned was authoritary because i didn´t do a TK intentionally! The spawn camp I did 2 times in this 2 days and only in the last the admin said it. I played so much BF1942 and the name of the palyers show easily, but in EoD not and io did a TK in saturday and other in sunday and no more. You know that what you said is not true!

I don´t want to discuss again, but is impressionant how many posts about stranges and arbitrary banneds I read.

I discuss in 2 big foruns in Brazil and Argentina about the server and I had 19 replies since yesterday, ALL SAID that they don´t enter more in this serve because has 2 types of rules: for admin and his friends, and other rules for others.

I´m saying it not with angry, but sadly, because I think that I was injusticed...

To finnish, I think that Ninja server has to change. The problem is: many admins and many people that want to be admin and few servers to admin... that´s all.

About the obsecne words, I think that the person have to study Portuguese first after talk it, no comments abou it. I´m not a kid... I´m a man that bought the BF to have fun, but not like a work and a really war...

First, I was the one you TK'd last night. I walked into the room looked at you then walked to the firing slot and you shoot me in the back. I can accept an accident where you shoot as I walked in but that was plenty of time to see my tag. Second, I saw the many warnings prior to you TKing me so the TK is not the only instance. If you had not come back and incessantly complained you would not have been banned and I witnessed that as well. For a man you act an awful lot like a kid.

I respect for your opinion, but I remember you. You was in my back, in the floor, and I arrived at that time, and I listened your shoting and thougth tha you are an enemy and shot...

But you play EoD all the time? Becaus I started to play EoD 1 year ago but stopped, and back only 4 days, and new players is normal...

Is better that you and all admins see the new players not like a stupid, but something that are starting to learn how to play or start to play again...
