Take this past weekend when I played EoD for about 3 or 4 hours on Saturday... Do you know how long I actually got to play? MAYBE 30 minutes. I actually, at one point, ended up kicking a banning about 10-15 people in a one hour time frame, 6 of those people on the same round in the same map for going "What the F*&# you think you're doing you god damn smacktard" constantly, yelling profanities, bitching, etc. I spent about the firt 5 minutes warning them and trying to get them to settle down. When they said F*&% off or the like I just started kicking and banning. I did 2 of them at first, then OTHER idiots started doing the same thing and they had been there the entire time I had the problem with the previous players and had kicked/banned them. So did I warn them? Nope, Kick and Ban immediatly. I consider the previous kick and bans warning enough.

That give you any idea on what we go through on a daily basis with baby-sitting, punk kids arguing, TKing, shooting friendly vehicles, base camping, etc.? Do some people make mistakes at times and end up getting perma-banned? Yes... Do innocent people end up getting kicked/banned? Never seen it. I have seen people get kicked/banned without a direct warning from an admin (including myself) but ONLY when there has been a rash of recent kick/bans in the past say 30 minutes or so. I consider that if I have kicked/banned 2-3 people for the same thing you are doing since you have been on and playing... Then that's fair enough warning that if you do it you're going to get kicked and banned. Problem is most players who get kicked/banned don't use simple common sense and pay attention to what is going on. And to tell you the truth, if moreadmins played DC regularly you'd see the same thing going on there. Problem is most of the Admins aren't DC players so the players there tend to have a bit more freedom than EoD players where an Admin is almost always on.

Clap Clap Clap.........MD of course the people getting in trouble can not see the other side of the fence.......I have kicked 15 people off of DC NinjaServe in a span of about 5 hrs.......I too didnt get no more than 30 minutes play time bcuz Iwas to busy watching too many smacktards....

you've made yer point i can see how it take up time for kicks and bans it just i it seems like it isn't as bad in other servers i mean its not yer fault but there are alot of stupid tkers i guess its beacue yer server it like theo nly eod server left i can see your poin of view. they only thing that gets my goat is when a tker stays in multiple games and does it over and over but some times nobody does anything. i respect you guys for listen. and being admins you deal with alot of crap i'm sry for watse your time it won't happen again

the only reason this guy is posting here is because his friend was banned from the server.

any person that violates any rule on any of the servers is subject to being kicked or banned at an admins discretion. period. end of story.

the rules are broadcast on all of the servers via annoucements and are posted here to be viewed at any time. to be honest, most of them are common sense rules that you will find on any well admined server. if these so called "good people" you refer to can't understand that tking will get you kicked, or yelling NIGGER!!! will get you banned, then we don't want that person playing with us.

At the rate this is going and in the direction it is going in.. Depending on who your friend is.. he may just be permantly blocked..

Remember.. it is a privelege to play on the Ninja Server. Not a given right because you own a copy of the game. Play by the rules and abide by them and you get to play on it as long as the owner of the server continues to support it.

Anytime I enter a server for the first time, I look for the rules to be posted and I watch the in game scroll. I play by them. If I do not like the rules, I just leave and go find another server to play on. Its that simple.

Eod lover, the admin on this server kick ass. they are ALWAYS on, very reasonable with warnings, and indeed they are very forgiving. dont sit and bitch at them. and if you do want to bitch, PLEASE learn to use a comma so we can understand what it is your trying to bitch about. lol.
