I play on the eod ninjaserve alot and what i have noticed is alot of good players are being banned for little errors they have made while playing i mean everyone has done something wrong at one time or another. we are only human. Then there are the Tkers and basecampers there is atleast once at any given time. i mean how hard is it? look at the score theres tkers everygame!!! admins kick and ban them not the players who haven't done anything!!!! i even ask admins kick so and so hes a tker and the admins don't listen or don't care then someone like eric dravin has a few mix ups that i myself have had and you get kicked and banned its happend to all of us and i think alot of us are getting tired of it. I played with eric dravin all the time hes a good honest player who doesn't deserve this. kick the tkers!!!! open yer eyes watch the score board and listen to players don't just kick someone for random mishap.

Admins usually only kick people for things they see........In another thread it was explained that admins cannot keep an eye on everyone while playing.....be glad that you can post somewhere & receive a fair evaluation ........

it seems that some get the boot just because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time and others such as tker are alot of time untouched i've seen som many tkers it makes me sick. and then you try yo tell admin and you end up in a arguement with the tkers stupid buddy who are noob i'm just saiding before they kick a player that has been know as a ggod player to everybody should be heard his side of the story and not banned

Other than EricDraven, (who have Tk'd and ventured into uncappable spawn, neither are simple mistakes, IMO) can you tell us who the good players are that have been banned? And what simple mistakes did they make?

I would really like to see you back up your claim with some data.

Eric dravin didn't tk he was trying to help a teammate by picking him up and his teammate was near a uncappable but someone attacked his teammate and he attacked back

There was a TK before this incident, i believe that is what he was refering to, and that though under bad circumstances was a dumb move i did do it yea but would never do it again and promised an admin a promise i haven't broken since i was forgiven for that transgression.

Remember these guys are providing you with a server to play free of charge and trying to keep it free of troublemakers and keep it fun. So unless you you pony up to help these guys out keeping the server's running I would abide by their rules and try to remember that you are not paying for this service and there are plenty of people who will willingly take your spot eod_lover.

Let me put it this way Eod_lover..... If you spend all your time warning, and kicking (I mean straight kicking) most of the admins would never play the game. Thus the reason for bans, they generally get the message across REAL fast.

Take this past weekend when I played EoD for about 3 or 4 hours on Saturday... Do you know how long I actually got to play? MAYBE 30 minutes. I actually, at one point, ended up kicking a banning about 10-15 people in a one hour time frame, 6 of those people on the same round in the same map for going "What the F*&# you think you're doing you god damn smacktard" constantly, yelling profanities, bitching, etc. I spent about the firt 5 minutes warning them and trying to get them to settle down. When they said F*&% off or the like I just started kicking and banning. I did 2 of them at first, then OTHER idiots started doing the same thing and they had been there the entire time I had the problem with the previous players and had kicked/banned them. So did I warn them? Nope, Kick and Ban immediatly. I consider the previous kick and bans warning enough.

That give you any idea on what we go through on a daily basis with baby-sitting, punk kids arguing, TKing, shooting friendly vehicles, base camping, etc.? Do some people make mistakes at times and end up getting perma-banned? Yes... Do innocent people end up getting kicked/banned? Never seen it. I have seen people get kicked/banned without a direct warning from an admin (including myself) but ONLY when there has been a rash of recent kick/bans in the past say 30 minutes or so. I consider that if I have kicked/banned 2-3 people for the same thing you are doing since you have been on and playing... Then that's fair enough warning that if you do it you're going to get kicked and banned. Problem is most players who get kicked/banned don't use simple common sense and pay attention to what is going on. And to tell you the truth, if moreadmins played DC regularly you'd see the same thing going on there. Problem is most of the Admins aren't DC players so the players there tend to have a bit more freedom than EoD players where an Admin is almost always on.

You still haven't answered my request for data. Please provide supporting evidence for you claim that alot of good players are banned.
