Kicked from TS due to racism
Hello. I was using your TS server without any problems through the day.
I was connected to TS while playing EoD.
I asked another player to join me and he did so.
Unfortunately HE got confused, got to the BF Vietnam Channel and was kicked.
I observed his second try, he made the same mistake.
I switched to BF Vietnam channel to tell him, told the others that I will take care of him and was kicked too.
I had to change my IP to reconnect.
After reconnecting to EoD Channel I IMMEDIEATELY was kicked by Player
PACKETLOSS
He also gave a reason
**** GERMANS.
(He could identify me because I have the tag [GER] after my nick.)
This is nothing else but racism.
I cannot believe this, as on the Gameserver you forbid any racial slurs.
This guy seems to be an admin.
Kind of double standards?
Thanks for checking out what was going on.

What was your friends name. You appeared as we had 4-5 germans banned in a row for ts harassment/abuse.

He was Ghost scenic or something, just met him online.
He had not been on TS before.
As i wrote: he was kicked immediately after connecting to the wrong channel, I heard everything "live"
The only words I said were "Guys dont kick ghost next time, I will take care..."
then I was kicked.
But although 4 or 5 Gemans misbehave,it is no reasons to talk like that.
And keep in mind, it might be the same guy who was harrassing you.
Simply disconnecting from and reconnecting to the internet gives you a new IP, at least with most German providers....
Static IPs are seldom.
We both really were annoyed. Just wanted to use TS during the game and got kicked for no reason.
(Check your logfiles, you won't find any trace of misbehaviour.)

Ah ghost - When i first joined he was saying '**** you **** you' over and over - So i merely kicked him:
[18:45:55] Ghost Sonic Safais was kicked from the server by player Packetloss (bye!)
At this point, you both rejoined:
[18:49:54] Ghost Sonic Safais joined channel
[18:50:47] AusbilderSchmidt [GER] joined channel
this being the typical MO for teamspeak harassment users, i banned him:
[18:51:04] Ghost Sonic Safais was kicked from the server by player Packetloss (this will get old soon)
Now, admittedly, I'm jaded. When 2 people join together, and talk together, and say such things, they are often together, so i kicked you:
[18:51:10] AusbilderSchmidt [GER] was kicked from the server by player Packetloss (****ing germans)
(BTW i saw that both of you were behind dtag, i dont need your [GER] tag - Thats why you were kicked with '****ing germans' - I knew you were together, and i figured the plural (germanS) would be indicitive of such.)
Upon rejoin, wilson caught you:
[18:51:29] Ghost Sonic Safais joined channel
[18:51:32] =HR=wilson joined channel
[18:52:03] Ghost Sonic Safais was kicked from the server by player =HR=wilson (ok)
Now, evading bans, like you said, he redialed, came back as 'J I H AA D' and proceeded to be disruptive, and he was banned again.
As for a double standard? Damn right. What i say goes. Period.
When your friend can grow up and come speak for himself, and maybe apologize for his attitude, we'll reneg the bans.

Fellow Germans and everybody else listen up!!!
Remember you're an Ambassador of your Country wherever you go.
So don't behave like S***!
Do you want that the whole world to think your country contains only A*******?
P.S.: All of the above doesn’t count if you’re really an A******.

Hi,
if this guy (Ghost Sonic) behaved like this, it is of course all right to kick and ban him.
As he asked me via BF Chat why he was kicked I had no reason to believe that he behaved badly.
Although I can understand your anger on that day I was really pissed because I did nothing wrong.
So Ghost Jihaad or whatever his name is annoyed the both of us, but as you see sometimes not everything is that clear, and you may hit the wrong people.

Hi. I have no pertinent information to contribute to this thread. I think I need to read the rules for Complaints and Gripes forum. BTW, Horsepower is a gaming god.
