Complaints and Gripes Forum Rules:

-This section of the forums is a place for kicked or banned players to have a place to communicate with us. Unless you're an admin or were directly involved in a kicking or banning incident, you are not allowed to post in this forum section. Since you have no knowledge of what happened, there is no need for your posts here. Any post not directly related to an incident will be deleted.

-No spamming the complaint/gripe forum. If you have an issue state it in ONE post and it will be addressed. Don't carry the discussion over to other individuals threads. The mods and server admins have enough trouble keeping track and resolving issues in here as it is.

-A sugggestion for your complaints post: You'll get far better results if you're respectful to the admins in your post. If your post contains threats, flames and insults, don't be surprised if we tell you to get lost.

-When the admin says that's the way it is, then that's the way it is. If his decision is not to your liking, making multiple threads about it is not going to change things. Making new threads concerning your original issue is a quick way to earn a forum and/or server suspension or ban. Don't cut your own throat. In time, the admin may change his mind. Try pm'ing him in a few weeks.

-Complaints about server rules will be removed. Remember, you are playing on our servers. We pay the bills, we make the rules. If at any time you don't like one of our server's rules, feel free to find another place to play. We do, however, like to hear feedback about our servers. Feel free to post a discussion in that server's appropriate forum section.

-When you post to ask why you were banned and/or can you be unbanned, include your IN-GAME NAME at the time of your banning, the best Approximate TIME and DATE of the ban and the GAME and SERVER that you were banned on. Also, any other info such as BF2 Key Hash or STEAMID, or the like, will make things much easier to deal with for both parties, the Admin and YOU, the banned player. Failing to do so increases the admins response time.

Please read these rules before posting. If you are not directly involved in the banning or an admin you do not need to post. We have warned certain people several times about it. From now on those posts will be deleted without warning.
