so its a long time that i come on ninja server eod only.

i have spawn camping verry many time (only when my team own all flag, i hate spawn camper when there team loose and they are camping) and i never get ban. so yesterday i get ban one time i think for spawn camping, because i was in enemy base, i was thinking he could be the ping.

so i come back play on server and i hit a friend with a jeep. i am not a tk, il want win not kill teamate. so after how many tk u ban? shit that dog one tk and u ban. for spawncamping i didn't no we didn't have the right. for me its ok to camp only when u have all flag. but i respect ur choice

by the way u are dog everything is done to accidentaly kill teamatte, friendly fire is on and tag set low, shit even for a good player like me it hard to not kill teamate, on ur server i dont take plane because it almost imposible to not kill teamate.

so how many time il will be ban?
it wil be real appreciate that u remove friendly fire or set tag high, if possible, i dont understand the way u think, everything make people ban to much easyly not because we dont respect rule.
do u think its a admin that have ban me or a bot (automatic system) dont no if i am wrong but it seem to be a automatic system that rule is to hard because it seem that many many people get ban when i was on server, now that i can't enter i assking my self, why server is not full like usual, is tha posilbe its because everyone is ban...?

i search i litle bit on the forum and i have see hr wilson admin.

so now i can anwser this question it is a bot or a admin that have ban me.

it a admin, and for one tk on him or another hr not sure it wilson.

so men, mistake happen to everyone specialy on the the map that have happen with a lot lot of tree.

like i said i no i have kill friend sometime, but the game that i get ban, i am sure that was only one tk on a hr... person.

but the guy that have ban me should not be so fast to ban (i didn't see even one warning for both thing tk and camp, one kill the guy was frustrate he should say take care), and i am ****ing good(always topten, almost top 5)

we aren't going to change the friendly fire or raise the tag distance. both settings are heavily advertised...in the forums, on the join screen, and are rotating in annoucements. if some people don't pay attention, that's not our fault.

that server stays full almost 24/7. everyone is not banned

you are subject to being banned immediately by an admin without warning for intentional tking. once in a while an admin might make a mistake, but the vast majority of bans are deserved. we don't have to give warnings. it's usually pretty easy to tell an intentional tk from an accidental tk. we have absolutely no tolerance for intentional tks.

as for the server manager kicks...again, the settings are heavily advertised in all of the places mentioned above. a score of -8 or 4 tks will get you kicked. get auto-kicked more than twice, you're banned. the vast majority of players on our servers have absolutely no problem with these settings. if there was a problem, this forum would be full of ban removal requests.

if an admin banned you, hopefully he will be by soon. i'll check back in here a couple of days to see if things have been resolved.

I banned you that nite gandalf on the following issues:

1. You were wreckless with your M60 usage, killing friendlies and enemies alike.

2. You spawn camped and continued to do so after being warned by another admin.

3. I was in our NVA base running out on foot. You ran me over with your jeep.

This is why you were banned. I stand by my action.

its truth and not, not sure of that, look other way, other posibility. i think he have a lot of complain on forum and i come one time to complain but have to register so, i try to change ip and name (i am now searching other thing, might be litle file put on log file in my computer install of game, don't no how the server regonize us but for sure i can change, posible he check my internet company. anyways its a challenge for my litle aquirements, but if i have it will respect and not change name), don't work, so now i have no choice to register. register for me its a pain, not speak. so main point is, remove register and that will be infest of complain. last point not every people are enough inteligent to write just (www.) ninjaserve.com in there ie. anoter thing , the most part of people are laziness to do what i am doing or find the website or do whatever...


3- for the jeep its accidental so we can forget that, realy. truth, i was not to say sorry, but i usualy do. not sure of what follow, but the ban come real quick, i dont think somoene will have the time to say it.

2- spawn camping, i have do, i said it, i dont lie, when i say i didn,t no and if its writing i didn't see. if i have been warned, in the action i not always reading. thank for been warned

1- i dont realy understand werkless in the sentence, even if i find him in dictionnary. i will say i no i have tk but not more then 2- max 3.

u will not change rule it ur server its ur right. i am not complaining about ur rule but i dont understand, that will be more simple to put more tag or ff off, that kind of ban for me will not happen, i am absolutly not a tkers (tk, camping is another thing). finaly dont want to obstinate u, that not my server but i dont understand why u like it like that. because its real hard to not tk when tag low... but do what u want. u dont have to explain to me, i just want to tell u that.

ex. sometime the guys is close and it is u or him, u have 1 fraction of time to decide, if tag (not scope tag, dont no the name) will be there its most easy. sometime the guys is to far to see is clothe, but the guy have see me and is about to fire (because the same prob for him he dont no i am a friend, so after i kill him i have no that he was a friend), if tag scope have been there, i will not have kill this guys. last ex. 2 plane are in sky the same plane (a enemy have one of us plane) one fire on the other, so one of them is a enemy. but the scope don't tell me which one. so another tk i kill my friend... ****. that was exemple why i hate low tag and this not necessarily on ur server. i hate ff even if people get ban, we have always a stupid guys to kill u for plane or whatever... its always less problem with no low tag and/or no ff.

i can say, i have play about min. one time a week on ur server about 2-3hour each time. a admin never complain about myself (and i have spawn camp when we have all flag many time, i didn't no for real) and i never been ban. spawn camping for me its another thing, dont want to obstinate and i can respect that almost easily. but when u have all flag its hard to stay behind and not go search the enemy. but i can respect that.

i am not saying that i didn't make mistake, probably i have not check enough for rule (camping, not tk, tk i dont need that somoene tell me, only very few stupid guys tk), i can say again my fault. but i am asking second chance or if u say no, i am ban for the rest of the eternity ...?

1. Please watch who you're shooting at. I don't tolerate TK'ers. Many accidental TK'ing is not acceptable either. It shows that you are careless or ignorant.

2. If you had apologize after you Tk'd me by running me over with the jeep. I would have understood that it was an accident. But you did not. Therefore, I assume that it was intentional.

2. Please watch the messages.
