I haven't had any problems the only time I've had problems is with Dan on three occasions picking fights with me.
-i have read the logs every instance you bitched. it is you who picked fights.

I have a real problem with people power tripping on the server and kicking people because they can.
-in the 1 month this forum has been up, you're the only person to complain about "power tripping." fact is, you have a problem with the administration of this server. get used to it, or play elsewhere. it's that simple.

I have a right to demmand tkers to be kicked when they are ruining my team's game. Period.
-you have no "rights", only privledges to use our forums and servers. we don't owe u a damn thing. Period.

You saw one side of the conversation your admin there was acting like an asshole on the server, player's arn't your slaves either and I won't be dis-respected by them on server because they can ban me.
-i saw both sides of the conversation. his reply was not nasty as but your message was. how the hell do u expect to have your problems addressed when u talk to the admins this way?

dan does nothing and demmanding people do what there rules state and is easily seeable if they take the time to look.
-Dan does plenty. all of his actions are logged and i can see them. just because he doesn't drop to his knees and give you oral everytime you complain doesn't mean he isn't doing anything.

Respect is a two way street and I haven't been shown any so don't expect any from me.
-you haven't shown much respect since the first time you posted. don't expect admins to address your problems. duh.

I'm going to say this once and only once.

WE the admins (hereafter referred to as "WE") DO NOT get paid to do this (actually WE pay for the servers OURSELVES out of our own pocket).

WE are players like yourself who enjoy playing the game.

WE are not baby-sitters. We expect players to act in a mature fashion. Hate to say it but I know a particular 11 year old that plays on our server that acts more respectful and polite than you do.

WE do the best job we can. However it takes time to find out EXACTLY who is TKing as WE aren't banning anyone just on say so. If that was the case anyone could get anyone else banned just by saying "They're straffing the base, they're team killing/team wounding us, they're base camping", and thus very likely innocent players would be booted.

Your base was being base camped/straffed..... If that was being done and it was a kickable offence then that tells me they didn't control the flags thus YOU had alternate spawn locations. THUS what should have occured is that you simply stated "Hey Blackbird is base camping/straffing the base, thanks for any help you can give" and then simply respawned elsewhere till the situation is resolved.

Here is GENERALLY how things go, we get a complaint of base camping. If it's on our team we bring up the map and check the player locations to verify that is where it is, if not on our team then generally we ask someone on TS that is on the opposing team (if there is someone on TS) to check for us. Should that not be an option we "usually" suicide to get to the other team (barring auto-balance being on) to verify for certain who it is. And make sure we have their exact name so the wrong person doesn't get booted. Then we of course have to alt tab out and wait...wait....wait.... Ah finally we're out, launch BFRM and log in to the server (again a bit of a wait depending on how powerful the system the admin is running is). Then find the person in the list of players and ban them. Now admitedly if there are ALOT (and I mean almost a whole side) of players complaining, or we are on the side which is doing the base camping/TKing things go a little quicker as we can generally see first hand what is going on without having to change sides.

This is the way it works, PERIOD. Sorry you do not like it, but it is the most fair way to do it without kicking and banning good players that might have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time, or people with "grudges" trying to get a player kicked/banned just on word of mouth. It's called fairness.... get over it, learn to deal with it, and grow up. This IS just a game, and we do as best as humanly possible to make it a fun and enjoyable server for EVERYONE. If you don't like it then I suggest YOU shell out the $150/mth/server to operate these things and run it however you like. You'll quickly find that you never have time to play, spend more time admining than doing anything else, and most of your time in the forums dealing with "disgruntled players" who show little to no respect or professionalism. That's if you manage to get the dedicated player base which NS has managed to garner from the way we operate. There are a TON of other servers out there for you to play on. Go play on them, or grow up.

Thread closed, and not because you are "disagreeing" or "voicing your opinion", but rather because you have been nothing but rude, condescending, and childish. Personally I would ban you if I personally had the power, but thank god I don't (actually that is probably to your benefit more than mine). In the future I suggest you act and respond with a more mature, professional, and adult responses with logical reasoning rather than getting hostile towards the people, but that's just me. Oh and I'm not deleting the thread because I think it's a good example to society in general of how NOT to act, unless you want to be thought as a pompous, rude, and inept whittling.
