Once again dan did nothing about a rampant tker and kicked me for bringing it to his attention. You seem to have a big problem being told that there's a tker killing half the allied team's ships. Especially on a map like Vnh loc where it's crippling. You had 4 people telling you a guy was tking, straffing over the base shooting anyone and you chose to do nothing except give driving instructions to the people in the Helicopter you were in. This was going on and the best Dan can com up with is I have to see it? Well it's hard to not see something when you're not looking for it. Then you kick me saying you should be doing your job when someone's blatantly ruining the fun of the server. There's no excuses it had been going on for awhile it's not like it sprung up on you or you just came onto the server and saw it happening or you were on the other team. Instead of listening to people on the server you just give excuses.

I'm sure this will be locked soon seeing as criticism is a big problem here. I'm sure Dan will get to throw in a few curse words and paint us a picture of what he'd liketo see me do, but such is life when dealing with Dan. I've tried being civil with him before but he wants me to stick things up my rectum.

You didn't apoligise you said I'm sorry then said how wrong I was. Nice apology, dan is more concerned with playing the game once again then removing a tker and only kicks the ones pointing out the tker saying how he should be focused on that not playing backseat driver. I didn't hide behind anything you obviously have my I.P's and I reference things that happen to me. Not only that but I've never said I wasn't anyone nor hide the fact of who I am. The name was more of a joke then anything but whatever you want to belive is fine by me. Your apology was like a kid saying to the parent yeah mom I'm sorry I got caught stealing cookies. It was phony and forced. I have better things to do with my time like trying to enjoy this game then worry about apologies being re-voked. If you don't want to hear that one of your admins is constantly being pleaded with to remove tkers and not doing anything about it that's your problem.

This went on for 5 minutes and all dan could say is I have to see it, well it's not hard to miss someone that has a negative score, just came into the server, had 5 people saying he was tking and constantly shooting up the base. Funny how you don't see things when you never look.

Ever since I came here all I got was admins being abusive towards legitmate players, other's have to wether it's saying all germans should die, lovely. Or sticking things up their rectum. To being kicked for pointing out he wasn't doing his job again. you would be nothing without regular players and you treat them like shit constantly. Just because you have the power doesn't mean you have to talk-down to people or be abusive to them, and that what gets on my nerves, I never have problems until one of you start ego tripping and threatening to remove players for just having fun on the server I would hope you want them to have fun on. Belive it or not tkers tking up half my team and making them hide in some rickity rice shack isn't my idea of fun.

Ok, I kicked you today and if I knew who you were it would have been permanent. You were in NO way involved with being tk'ed yet you chose to stick your nose into it with bashing me and THAT is why I kicked you. I will not go over the tk issue with you again as it didn't sink in last time so I doubt it would this time either.

I think he needs to go find someplace else to play.. I sure wish I had witnessed this round in a game. For all I know and all we know.. Disgruntled is just making this up because he does not like Dan??

The server has a TK function.. if someone kills enough teammates..they get a kick. As for shooting equipment up. Happens all the time. People do it time and time again.. just for kicks. I once spent 2 hours doing nothing but kicking/banning everyone that shot at a helicopter or boat on Vinh Loc.

During all of this. I emptied out half the American team. I did the same thing on Charlie Don't Surf. Sure, I got rid of the TK's and equipment destroyers. Then there wasn't hardly anyone left in the server to make it an interesting game. People who wanted to play the Viet. side got auto balanced and as soon as that was off.. switched back over.

Also, I myself do like to play once in awhile.. But.. according to you.. Killerofu.. We as admins are not allowed to do anything but be a babysitters. Well, Killerofu.. I can do that.. I have done that.. and will continue to do that. I have been somewhat relaxed from time to time. Its a game. Supposed to be fun.

You can bet that I will be watching everyone more closely..including YOU and your friends.. for any transgression.. I won't warn or kick.. just out and BAN any of you for a 24 hour period or longer. I will not take any lip or get into any long drawn out discussions on rules..etc. If I come in and have someone like you jumping up and down about someone else.. well.. I just might remove BOTH of you from the game. I won't be the person in the middle of a dispute. I won't play any favorites or give someone like you the benefit of the doubt.. Just remove both parties. I sure hope its not you under an alias. This is what you want. I really believe it.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. To let them all have fun. Sure.. some are going to do things they shouldn't. If I see it.. bye-bye. In your case however... I cannot always take the word of another. If I did that. I could run the risk of removing perfectly legitimate players just because he looked at you cross-wise or at another player. That is why as an admin. It helps to see it first hand.

Lastly.. if you don't like how the server is being run.. you do not have to play on it. There are others out there to play on. No-one is making you come to this one. If it was as bad as you describe and make it out to be.. then why is it always full?? Sometimes I wonder if you just have nothing else to do with your life but to come here whine. It must make you feel important.

what the hell are you talking about? you have been given every chance to express your views and opinions. 99% of the people who post here complaining have had their issues resolved to their satisifaction. you, however, think that being an admin is a "job" and that we should serve you. get it through your head... we can't see everything, and we aren't going to kick until we see it. we absolutely CANNOT respond to EVERY tk complaint while we're on the server. a lot of them are bogus.

i've seen they way you talked to another admin in private messages. you're condescending attitude towards our admins sucks. personally, i think you're a whiner. since you're having such a bad time on our server, i think it's time for you to find another server to play on.

I haven't had any problems the only time I've had problems is with Dan on three occasions picking fights with me. I was there and being tked, you conviently started that log after he tked me the first time, I was at the medic box on the Vnh lo Helicopter island. Because he was shooting people. he had been straffing people with that little mini helicopter that had in mash all the time and destroying planes, half the team was in the hut hiding from him. Dan was off giving directions for people telling them how to drive their helicopter instead of watching and was going on for quite awhile before your log starts.

I really don't care if you think I'm a whiner. people won't say this because people like dan would ban them he's already stated he wants to. I enjoy time on your server except when your admins start having an ego trip. Like icepick said he did apologise because he went ballistic on me instead of letting me explain myself then came back with some smartass reply. You treat people on your server like shit then expect them to act nice to you. Dan you told me to stick my fingers up my rectum I'm not going to warm up to you sorry. I have a real problem with people power tripping on the server and kicking people because they can. Or don't like what I was saying. He had plenty of people telling him that guy was tking. He wasn't doing his job and should of been doing it because allies couldn't get anywhere and were losing all their helicopters to the bastard. It's the second time I've seen dan do nothing in the face of something that was easily watchable that he chose not to watch. I have a right to demmand tkers to be kicked when they are ruining my team's game. Period. You have an obligation to do it. It's your rules. It says tk'ers kicked/banned not tker's will be monitored until we come to the conclusion that they have sufficiently screwed up a team's play enough.

Oh and if you read that log most of the team that was on the island was requesting that kick thank you.



You saw one side of the conversation your admin there was acting like an asshole on the server, player's arn't your slaves either and I won't be dis-respected by them on server because they can ban me. That means saying assinine stuff like but I am talking to U! Especially when I'm trying to be polite. I really don't care that they pete wanted me gone iether that guy was tking for the huey withrockets and was shooting people and he didn't like being called on it. Basically I come to play and people tk, dan does nothing and demmanding people do what there rules state and is easily seeable if they take the time to look.

Oh and I have nothing to hide I only ever play by those two names, you have my I.P if I was trying to hide I'd change my IP or use a proxy so please spare me the drama. Respect is a two way street and I haven't been shown any so don't expect any from me.

U cant even Agree to Disagree with us.......so how do U expect us to behave towards U.... as far as rights go there are none on these servers its a privelage to play on them (which can be revoked at any time).........If U are so bitter why stay.........
