Draven perma-banned or not?

I have played with ericdraven and was just wondering if he is perma banned or not? I play with him on CS and FH and from what he has told me he is sorry for his transgressions and thankful to one of the admins for help in a previous problem. Thank you for any consideration and sorry to take your time.

I would recommend sending a PM to Horsepower and ask him direct, but since you are not the person who was banned he may not discuss it with you.
