Hi my real name is Carlo Rossi, Ninjaserve.com is the only Eve of Destruction site which has a consistently high amount of players, making the game extrodinarily fun while being played on such a powerful server.

My username is Carlo, and I was banned within the last couple of weeks I believe.

Now, I know I could come up with some stupid excuse such as:

"To whom it may concern.......I have MPS...Multiple Personality Disorder......If one of my many friends has caused you to ban me, I am sorry. I promise I will try to keep Ghengis & Attilla as far away as possible from your server please let us errr me back on your server... We would like to apologize for these transgressions past present & future...."

But I'd rather just tell the truth and let whatever be, be. I was playing on the map "Charlie Don't Surf" on ninjaserve.com. Someone had been hogging the vietnam plane for the majority of the games (more than one map!). I asked him if I could have a turn on the plane, since there was only one, and he said "no" and always managed to somehow get there before me. I was frusturated so when I finally was quick enough to actually get even close behind him racing for a chance at the plane (which he had been hogging well over 5 turns at the time!) I simply asked him if I could fly, he said "no", again, so.....................well..........I kind of shot him.....in the head ) :

Anyway that's the simple, plain, cold, truth. I've been waiting over a week now to be unbanned and I believe I've served punishment enough. I do realize that shooting a team-mate in the head over a chance to fly a plane out of frusturation is no excuse for such conduct. I promise to demonstrate complete sportsmanship on your servers and my conduct will be nothing less than honourable.

I only ask that the administrators simply review my case and make a decision, like I said whatever will be, will be.

I think I was the one who banned you and I appreciate the honesty, but you have to understand that you do not get "turns" to use certain equipment. Most people are nice and if you ask nicely they will let you take a turn, but I think I remember the guy you were racing to get to it and he tends to not care about sharing which is morally wrong on his part but not something we would regulate as admins. I will check to make sure it was me when I get home, but send me a PM to remind me so I won't forget to look as it will be about an hour before I am sitting in front of my system.
