If you have a headset with a mic, you are better off using teamspeak for stuff like this, as it will get someone's attention a lot faster. But in all honesty, unless the guy does it over and over again, it may have just been an accident. I know I have accidentally shot people before when I jump out of my tank to repair it thinking I had my wrench and had my pistol..hehe.

Or Trahn whose kileld me several times while I do defense for his tank. He'd jump out to repair while I covered him... Then he'd jump right back in after repairs before letting off on the mouse button. Unfortunatly I happened to be positioned right in front of his cannon, and well we know what happens when a 90mm tank round impacts with a 6ft tall sack of flesh and bone.

Yes.. I am not worthy.. I have drilled Meltdown MANY. MANY times like that. However, in my own defense.. by now he should KNOW better than to stand in front of my tank... okay, okay.. so I have had the turret turned one way or the other and drilled him when he was on either side of me too...

That happens once in awhile.. However, the out and out blatant shoot you to get your equipment really stinks. I had that happen to me last night on Charlie don't Surf. I was in the Loach getting ready to lift off when a teammate just came up and shot me (It was no accident as he emptied half his clip on me). Then he and his buddy jumped in and took off.

In situations like these, it's always best to challange the TKer to a knife fight. A few nights ago i crashed the huey in a tree because i was trying to show off and fly as low to the trees as possible. Well, that wasn't successful, and i killed a teammate who was in with me. Anyway, i either type "sory" or had it ready to go and he types something like "you fly like crap" or something along those lines. Admittedly, i'm not the best pilot out there, but i can land every helicopter on roofs, and i've even got the Loach ontop of a outpost tower (got pics), so i think i can fly a Heuy over a flag for guys to jump out.

ANYWAY, i've never seen this guy before, and i'm offended by him critisizing my piloting skills, but to top it off, he shoots me with the M16. So i make a comment like "fell better now" and he says something that i don't remember, so i pull the knife and we have a knife fight for like 3 mins, i kill him, and that was pretty much the end of it...

That is, untill i see, that guy get like 2 TKs and a suicide, most likely, for crashing a heuy.

I gotta say that I don't tolerate any kind of intentional TK'ing, justifiable or not. If I see it, the TK'er is banned. I don't wait for the auto TK kick mechanism to enforce it.

can anyone see the point of TK'ing. all that it does is usually make all people who want to fly kill each other and lose the round for everyone else.
