First kicked then banned,admin take his job to serious

Hi,

yesterday I played on ninja/urban/lost/sea, like thousand times before!

Had just warmed up, when me and an other player had an interessting chat, about a game situation! It was a funny and nice gamechat!

Without warning I got kicked first time!

When I returned I ask, why and Serverinfo was because of foul language.
Comeon I used two times the word ****! I saw a lot of really foul words on ninjaserve!

I ask again, if **** is really such an excessive foul word, cause every US-officers I know use it, in every second sentence!

And I used the Word not to offend someone!

I got kicked again, with the note to leave here something!

So I had to register here!

I returned back to server, ask again amd get banned!

So, Mr ADMIN(who ever it was on this day) I dont want to ask you to let me back!

But next time, keep your eyes more on the gameplay! I mean there was TK´s going on and nothing happend! I know autokick but, if I made a TK, got - 2 and get a flag kill one or two -2 is gone! If I do this several times,.....! So, WAKE UP!

It´s ok for me if an admin to a proper work to keep the gameplay interessting!
But his time it lookslike a bit of arbitrary.
This was not the work of an adult! You should make a distinction between excessive foul language and just a funny chat of both parties!

Admin´s should act in games like a referee!

I played a lot on ninjaserve and there was most of times an admin working, but this time was the first time, that one made bad job (arbitrary justice).

AGAIN, this is my opion and opion is FREE! I do not offend someone! Especially I do not know who was admin on this day! I have not the problem to be banned, just one to say, think a little!

sorry John, I can't help you much on this. that is HR's server and I can't check the logs.

i'm surprised to see you banned. you've played on our servers for a long time and i don't think there has ever been a problem with you. hopefully this was just a misunderstanding and it can be worked out.

Thx for your words, my opionen is if it was a misunderstanding, next time admin should answer me! I only got message from this servericon! He was not man enough to talk to me as a person (never got a real answer), that we could sort it out!
But I didnt get the chance!

There was excessfive foul ****ing language by the ****ing players of the server. I ****ing asked everyone to ****ing stop. You ****ing kindly replied appropriately. I kicked you as a ****ing warning. Next time if you send a client message give players chance to read it!

So I am ****ed! But I learned from the US (Where are you from?)! hehe!
And my opinon is, there are many different forms of using the Word ****!
And not all are used as bad words!

Again... Horsepower had nothing to do with giving anyone power to kick/ban on that particular server. That particular server is payed for and supported by the HR Clan.

We try to maintain a clean server where all ages can play. It would not be appropriate if some 12 year old kid's mother was looking over his shoulder and watched all the profanity flying on the screen. Profanity, is just not tolerated.. Sure.. from time to time.. people are going to swear..It cannot be prevented. However, at some point and time, you have to put it into check.

However, if you are asked to stop.. then stop.. It is that simple.. I can also assure you that on the other Ninja Servers..warnings are given. If a participant on the server playing cannot control his mouth. They can be given a vacation from the server..

Understand where I'm coming from. Many times a tard will play ignorant when asked to stop the foul language. They'll ask stuff like, " Is F*ck a bad word?", "Is motherf*cker sh!teating c(nt-licking a bad phrase?" etc, etc. We will not waste our time. I asked you to stop. So please stop.

In your situation, I didn't just ban you out of the blue. There was a warning message to everyone. Then a kick to warn you specifically. Then a 1 week ban. This is light considering the standard ban time as of late is 1 month to perma-ban.

We have rules on our server. It is up to the admin to interpret what constitute "excessive". You always have the option to play on other servers and swear all you like. But please not on our servers.

Again, your ban is 1 week and it will be lifted on June 4th. Continuing this discussion isn't going to help any.
