Ok i tked someone and all of a sudden boom im banned from ninjaserver. I didnt break any of the other rules(bad language etc). It was my first tk. I had gotten tked like three times and then some teamate decided to shoot me, we were both standing waiting for a choper on vihn loc. So i turn around to se what happened and he does it again until i have like 1/8 health left. So pissed of at the guy(i had been tked a few times b4, not sure if it was same guy or anything), i pull out the m16 and gun him down. Sure...it wasnt the right thing to do, but common getting kicked after one tk. I was in first place too(hmm admin jealouse...jk). Anyway this sucks b/c now i cant play eod for a month.

I was not on your team, but I had three people telling me they saw you gun him down. If he was bleeding you, I cannot see that and you should have said something to me about it, but you chose to take matters into your own hands. See you in a month.

Allright then **** it, ill go play fh . O well thought i could have a fun time playing on ninjaserver since ive been playing there for about a year. But whatever i understand why i was banned but a month for one tk .

Dan, Your call, but, Maybe a second chance? A month seems very harsh for a single tk - Considering the server doesnt even ban for that

I have been giving blanket month bans to get the point across and his was an intentional tk, not an accident hense the harshness of the penalty. But, since Packet put a good word in for you, I will reduce it this time. But keep in mind that all you have to do is say something to me if someone is acting like a tard, and I will handle it and it keeps you out of situations like this.
