I am tired of the BS!! I got banned by Trahn for a tk that was a total bullshit. I have been playing with you for a long time now and when have you ever seen me tk someone on purpose....NEVER!!!! A pilot parachutes out of a MIG into our base and into a F104. Common sense tells me he is the enemy trying to steal one of our planes. The player tags are set very short and I couldn't see that he was friendly. Is that my fault? Maybe I should have looked at my map...guess what,? I did. I saw 2 Blues, but I can't see through planes. As far as the other supposed tk an hour before that one...I was jumping into that plane. As I jumped I left clicked my mouse and I fired an RPG blowing myself up and the guy BEHIND ME, he wasn't even in the plane. The guy behind me got killed because of the splash which is set at 100%. When you have tags set that low there is NO WAY IN HELL you are not going to have any tks. I like having the tags low. It adds more realism to it. Next time you go banning someone check their score. I was in the lead with 14/16/4. I could understand if maybe it was 8/16/4. Have you had it in for me from when you banned me the first time? Is it because I am a better player than you? You didn't even asked me what happend. As an ADMIN you are supposed to be fair, find out what is going on then base your decision on the outcome of your findings. You had your head so far up your ass you could see what you had for breakfast. Sorry, but stupidity is not rewarded.

I'll tell you what..There have been some other incidents of TK'ing. However I just heard about it. I didn't witness it. This stuff..these times. I did. The first time you RPG'd the plane, I was right there watching. He went and got into it and I believe it was the one you wanted and since you couldn't have it.. you RPG'd it. The splash of it blowing up and killing you was just your bad luck. The second time.. there were ALREADYtwo of us on the ground getting ready to get into the planes.. The one player you TK'd. spawned in behind me in the barracks building.

You say that one of the two blue arrows you saw jumped out of a Mig and you thought that it was an enemy jumping out... Well dude, friendly OR enemy...if he jumped out.. where was the Mig? Prior to the supposed bailing, I never saw one fly over. One didn't strafe, do anything. I never ever heard one anywhere close to our base. Me and another player were on the ground heading for the 105's. I went to the far one, with the bombs and he to the 105 with the Napalm.

In addition, I never saw a now empty Mig appear on my mini-map or crash around the base... In fact.. after you RPG'd the 105 behind me.. I never saw an enemy die. Then again.. you THOUGHT he was enemy, but you say you saw two blue there..hmmm.. Odd, huh? There should have been THREE. Your story doesn't hold water. Like alot of other regulars on the server. I have you in my "add buddy" list. So I can always see you on my mini-map when I am on your team. When you kill someone, it shows up green... You didn't get a kill for supposedly "killing" someone other than the guy who was going to take the plane. If he was in the 105.. why didn't you get a kill? I don't believe that you even saw me there. You just saw the guy that was running toward YOUR plane.

I go by what I see and you KNOW better. Granted, I may not see everything. There is alot of activity going on sometimes. Yet, this has not been the first time you have pulled some kind of stunt like this or bent a rule on this server. I've watched you camp over an enemy uncapable base in an airplane and rape it repeatedly with your team not having all the flags... Did you get banned or kicked then by me.. no.. You got told in game to back off and you did. I respected that.

This time you went too far. Maybe you thought I would look the other way. I think this is just your way of coming in here and trying to fabricate some reasoning for your actions. As for your fantastic score.. That means nothing to me. I have seen people with far better scores TK on purpose to get the OBJECT (ie. in this case, a PLANE) that is allowing them to get and KEEP that fantastic score. What's a little -2 going to do to someone who is as good as you? Hell, you can make that up in no time. There is/was always a good chance that the airplane will spawn in before the player you Tk'd gets back...You just needed that plane to keep up your score.

As for you being Better than me? Who gives a dam. I could care less. I am not into STATS. You obviously are.. Hence the reason you play the way you do. I lose alot of game time just watching people pull the kind of stunt you pulled today. If I didn't give a dam, I'd have alot higher scores and stats, but I do care about the players on the server and I didn't care for what you did.

As for me being fair.. I am very fair. I am probably one of the more forgiving Admin. on the server. It takes alot to piss me off. However, I cannot ignore blatant TK'ing for equipment. Maybe you thought I was off someplace and wouldn't see or know what happened. Maybe you thought or think we are buddies and I would look the other way. I don't know what you were thinking. I understand Accidents happen..but in neither event did they appear to me to be "accidental". All you did on that map was fly. I think you were getting frustrated on having to wait until some noobie crashed a plane so that you could get it back that you TK'd some one who was going to get to it first.

As for having my head up my ass..Yeah, I probably did. I had it up my ass for being too easy and tolerant. I should have kicked or banned you long ago for all the things I let you get away with that other admin. ban people for. Then again, that just is not me or my way. I give people chances and try to be fair. This time, your actions just caught up with you. You got caught. Make all the excuses you want. Like any umpire in a game. We see what we see. We make a decision on what we see. You were not on Teamspeak, but after I banned you. You joined the channel. You immediately came on and jumped all over me. You didn't even know at the time that it was ME who banned you. You just came on and asked if you were banned over that. I said yes, but I wasn't the only admin. in the game. You never let me get a word in. Then you left the channel.

I'll lift the ban soon, but not tonight. Be more careful in what you do.

I played on EOD a month or so ago & he was Camping the main spawn with out all the flags & I was un able to get out of the red circle on more than one occassion. I overlooked his way of playing because he was on teamspeak & some other Admins know him. He appears to be on his way to a Perma Ban if he doesnt change his tone & way of thinking...........

Why the hell would I kill someone going to a plane when I am on the other side of the airfield? I TOLD YOU I WAS FAR ENOUGH AWAY I COULDN'T SEE PLAYER TAGS. I DO NOT TK FOR EQUIPMENT YOU JACKASS!! As far as me raping a base in a MIG on Operation Hastings, I told you then, that I did not know that using your plane to attack a main base was part of spawn camping. When you told me that, I immediately stopped. Answer me this then, WHY WERE YOU LETTING THEM DO IT TODAY? They didn't have ALL the flags, yet their planes kept attacking our main base. You did't say shit about that. But If I was on the other team attacking your base, you would have said something to ME wouldn't you? YES YOU WOULD HAVE. I kick ass on the ground and in the air, I don't need to tk for a plane. If there is not a plane available, I will either wait for another one to spawn or I will take a vehicle to a point that needs defending. And as far as YOU lifting my ban, I don't give a f*c*. I don't need any graces from a moron. I am not going to play on a server where an admin such as yourself, is allowed to be an admin.

As far as your 2 cents worth. A month or so ago was when Trahn told me that I wasn't allowed to use a plane to attack a main base. It was also around that time when I had someone using my name, tking and spawn camping, and I was banned. They found out I wasn't lying about it and lifted the ban and banned the other guy using my name.

btw, i played Hastings with you yesterday and you DID attack uncappable spawns with the F105. i chose to just let it slide.

I reminded you of the rule and you backed off. I told you that I respected you for backing off. Most people don't.

As for my posting to your first one... You better re-read what I posted. I know what you said. I know you said that it was a teammate in a Mig that supposedly jumped out and landed on the 105. That you "were so far away you could'nt see a tag". I was there. I know what happened. There were already TWO..READ TWO of us at the airplanes...Myself and the player who spawned in right behind me in the Barracks building at the airfield. "IF" Your story were CORRECT..Then there would have been THREE blue arrows..NOT TWO. As for asking the other player.. all he knows is he got TK'd.

You go off on this tangent of SpawnCamping.. You are no better than anyone else who does that. Just as guilty. You say that since you were made aware of the rule, you no longer do that. Wow.. myself, another admin. and even Horsepower mention that you still do it. They just let it slide, as I have, if it wasn't getting out of hand. As for other people doing it..I am sure there are. I kick and ban people all the time if I SEE them doing it and SOMEBODY COMPLAINS. Like I said.. I SEE you doing things because I had you in my buddy list since you were a regular on the server. I have also been on the RECIEVING end and spawn camped by you several times since that discussion. Did you get banned or kicked then..no. GET A CLUE. If I had it in for you. You would not have lasted on this server very long.

However, this is not about spawn camping. It is about teamkilling for equipment. You can say what you want. However, I know what I saw. Head up my ass or not. It is just odd that on two occassions that I personally witnessed, you blew up the same 105 when someone else was in it or getting into it. One guy even made a comment about how he thought it was gay that you would tk for the plane.. I have that in my logs.

As for your being Banned a month ago.. that was for language...Not TK'ing or spawn camping. We all know why your mouth ran afoul. We took care of the problem. It was an incident involving another player who frequented the server and he got Banned for his inappropriate actions as well. There were no favorites played. I could have been an asshole and left the ban in place to run its course. However, I was fair and removed it. You were not banned because that player was impersonating you and doing things on the server that shouldn't be done. While his name was similiar.. It was different enough that we could tell who was who.

Anyway, July 22nd, you can get back onto the server.

This is exaclty what I am talking about. Here are the rules...bend them as you so choose. You said I was attacking uncappable spawns while you were playing. If I was doing that why didn't you say anything to me then? "i chose to just let it slide" Server Rules my ass. The reason you didn't say anything to me was because I wasn't or you really don't abide by YOUR own rules! This is your F*CKING server. And as far as talking to Trahn that way, I am not a NOBODY, I am a SOMEBODY. He doesn't deserve ANY respect from me. It is not about having any friends as admins either. If you think just because I have friends as admins so I can get away with shit, you got your head screwed on backwards. I wouldn't be here wasting my f*cking time or yours if this was an actual "TRUE" incident.

As for you Trahn, about your whole "3 Blue" theory....No one spawned with you when you spawned. You spawned ALONE. I spawned exactly when you did. I spawned over by where the tank spawns. You spawned over in the building by the hanger. You came out of the building and was going to the second plane closest to the hangar ALONE. The second BLUE that you saw on your map was the one that parachuted out of the MIG. There was never supposed to be a "THIRD" you turd. That is when I fired my rpg at the plane. Before you go "Brainstorming" and hurt yourself, the reason I know that it was you at the second plane is because when I RPG'ed the plane and TKed him, you typed "THAT'S IT!!!" and stayed standing at the F105 and did not get in it. Then I was kicked. Common sense tells me that it was you at the other F105.

Some of you seem to think that I am concerned about you lifting my ban. I am not. You can ban me for the life of your retarded children. I don't give a f*ck.
