First off, I want to say I play with headphones. And anyone who plays with headphones has a great advantage over people who do not. We're on aztec, there are only 14 people playing, and I'm on T. I get to the bomb site from the bridge and as I'm planting the bomb behind the crate I hear footsteps coming my way. I finished planting so I jumped out spraying with my ak. The admin - forgot his name - claims I'm cheating. I told him I heard him coming.

Anyway, next time I killed him he just perma-banned me.

Now, I know you guys are only trying to do what's right. I was on the server a lot today and I noticed a bunch of hackers that got banned promptly (leet wangler guy for example). And this isn't the first time I've been banned for "cheating" either. It's probably the 30th time in almost seven years now. Most recent case was here:

And yeah I flamed the guys after the same admin banned me, but if you look their forum you see that admin abuse is rampant there.

Anyway, long rant short. Please unban me, I'd appreciate it.

no i banned you after first you knew where everyone was then you "heard" a guy teleport to the bomb (while i was specing you)then i watched you spot people that could not be seen from a ridiculous distance it was not after you killed me it was a while later. as far as i could tell you have a wall hack. the fact you headshot me before i had come around the corner had only aroused my suspicion. and i banned you long after you shot me.

I'm telling you I don't cheat, do you think this is something I do? go on servers and attempt to become a regular while secretly wallhacking?

It's an honest mistake, it was really late and you probably weren't at 100%. I've been accused of cheating many times, but I also accuse other people of cheating myself when I'm not doing too good or somebody owns me really bad. The kills you're describing are nothing too spectacular either, as for "knowing where everybody was", well when the server is half empty like it was last night, you can easily track players with sound.

Please just consider revoking the ban.

its been done before... and ive had to ban ppl for it. if you know how to talk your way out of it then it can be done. i played with you the other day and had a few suspions but didnt think anything of it because im still gettin used to the new mod, so i figured it was just all coincidence. its ASH's call, and at this point id have to see demos to really know but my vote leans more in his favor.

i dont believe him at all, but the fact he came here leads me to believe in the second chance theory. ill have to think on it.

Well that's understandable, if I were in your shoes I'd also lean towards his position. Bottom line: it's your server, you guys decide. Another thing I'd like to point out, although I was racking up kills on aztec, nobody noticed me when I started and my negative k/d scores. By late last night I reached level 15, it was much easier to compete and to get kills with the wc3 powers.
