banned again...
Hey there. I was playing on the wc3 server as usual when I was banned without warning. Maybe I was banned for team stacking again? But I thought teams were pretty well even. Both seemed to win their share of rounds and the top player on the other team had a better score than me. Sooo it didn't occur to me to switch.
Again I ask you to please unban me.

So you call the score 15-5 fair???? I even told you to switch and you still didnt. Every time i log on when there is no admin you are on the team winning by 5 or 6+ games. And you never ask an opposing team member to switch. So im giving you a short break hopefully next time you will pay attention to the teams and switch next time someone asks you to or when an admin tells you to.

Well, I'm sorry I didn't see your request, I don't pay attention to the text unless I'm dead. However, I was looking at individual scores on each team and they looked even. And in the end individual scores are what matter, because a team can win alot of rounds only by a margin. If I had switched to the other team it would have been me and Lohung, the two top scores in the game, on the same team. I thought that would make things even more unbalanced. In addition I do plenty of team switching when teams are stacked I don't expect you to be on all the time, but just because you've seen a few cases like this don't assume that I'm a team stacker. So how long am I banned.
edit - and btw as admin don't you have the power to switch me yourself?

And no the team scores werent even ask mitch he was on. And the first player team scores were even bc Kenshin switched sides after the ts were ahead by 5. He even asked to even the teams after 2 rounds on the losing side.
Yes i have the power to switch people. But why should i when the player has the chance to do it and when a few opposing players asked to even the teams. I have banned you before for the same issue and since it continues to happen i will continue to ban you. From what i have seen you havent learned at all from the first time. And what if an admin wasnt on? Should the teams stay stacked like that? Ohh and i usually switch the people myself but if its a person who i see continuosly do it, i ban.

Look, the score thing is pointless to argue since there's no proof. However can I suggest you change the punishment for "stacking" to a kick? It would end the stack and the player could rejoin on the right team, no harm done. Maybe I'm the only one, but I don't really pay attention to what people type during the game. So asking me doesn't really do a lot of good. And as far as switching, I'm used to staying on the team I started with, never been punished for it.
All I'm sayin is that...
You were kicked "for stacking".
is all I'd need to wake me up.
See you guys in 2 days.

cK, kicking doesnt resolve much. trust me. i can explain to them about the stacking, kick them, and then they go back to the same team. a ban is a lot more powerful than a kick. no one is afraid of a kick. cK, we just want you to try to switch from now on, individual scores dont really matter, its about the team.
mikeh, that was uncalled for. the motd itself is a warning, and if we talk to the person, that itself is a warning as well.

but you're wrong.. we do warn.. people just dont read it.. they just get past the motd as fast as they can... woo hit enter.. skip and play. That isnt our problem... and ignorance isnt an excuse. It takes 2 seconds to read it, but noone does, then they wonder why they get banned. So we explain to them here. *shrug* see you in a couple days cK
