i got banned

i got banned from the eod server and for what because id endured about ten team kills before i decided to have some back at them and what do i get for my troubles banned on cd key no less perhaps the admins should do some proper administration on the server instead of half assing around and showing off apart from that its a great server fairly smooth and very rarely gives me any probs just a shame some of the people in charge are assholes. question is will i get a decent sensible reply explaining why i was kicked and not the repeat offender after all i was only tryin to get on with my game

This needs to go in complaints and gripes section and you need to add in about what time and date you were banned and which nickname you were using at the time.

Just because you got TK'd does not make it right that you go back TK'ing to get back at those who TK'd you. TK's are not always on purpose. I have had alot of people run over my mines, drive in front of my tank when I fired.. step into my grenade, xpack or just run right in front of me while I was shooting at an enemy with a rifle. Sometime it is the person who got TK'd own fault for not looking around or being a little more careful. Most of the time it is just an accident. Friendly fire happens.. in game and in real life. While it sucks..Just deal with it.. We all have too.

Now.. TK'ing on purpose.. and I assume that is what you are meaning...That is a whole different deal. I have also had people TK me for equipment and other stupid nonsense.. HOWEVER.. the server is set up to kick the on purpose offender from the server. People who TK just to TK, get auto kicked.

Now.. as for your comments about "half assing" the server and "showing off". As an admin. I take offense to that.. I don't know any admin. who "half asses himself on the server or shows off. Perhaps you can enlighten all of us as to whom that is and when it occured.

As for not kicking or banning a TK'er from the server..I again assume "at a players request - ie.. yours". That doesn't always happen. We do not take requests to purposly kick someone or ban someone off the server. If we do.. it is only from someone whom we recognize as a regular player and who is trustworthy to us.

Also, while we try to keep the server staffed with at least one admin. for most of the day. There are periods of the day where there are no admin's on it. It is possible while you were getting TK'd that no admin. was present to see it.

However, by your actions of TK'ing.. "to get revenge".. You took matters into your own hands.. You stooped to the lameness and stupidity of those who were TK'ing you. You became no better of a person and therefore, deserved nothing less than any other player who was Tk'ing.

If an admin banned you from the server for TK'ing.. You have only yourself to blame. Do not come here bitching about how the server is admin.'d You are no better than any other player who gets banned for the same offense.

Lastly.. if you were stupid enough to get auto kicked once for Team kills. Then went back into the server and TK'd enough to get auto kicked a second time within' on hour.. You banned yourself..

PS.. I didn't ban you.. I am just posting a response to your accusations of our server.

-NO tking whatsoever. That includes retaliatory tks. Admins are not going to try and judge if your tk was justified. If they see you tk, expect to kicked or banned. http://www.ninjaserve.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76

i'm a bit confused. u get caught tking, the admin warns you. you tell the admin to go ahead and ban you, and he does. now you come here complaining that you were banned? hah.

I think we did. You TKed someone back which is just as bad as TKing in the first place. Then you decided to be smart about it thinking that I/we weren't admins, and you lost. The ban stays until tomorrow.
