I've been Banned (reason?)

Hello

I play by the named BEEP BEEP I'M IN A JEEP in your server and I was banned for no apparent reason from what I see. Here's my side of the story.

I was in ventrillo with a kid I barely know (along with 4 other friends) named Granada. We were in the same server together and I think someone asked him "how did you know I was there" and Granada replied, "I'm ghosting with BEEP BEEP." Which is completely false. He has been caught cheating by a few of your members I believe and he even admitted to me that he was cheating (it's so obvious) and he was laughing hysterically that I was being accused of cheating with him. But, whoever was the person that told the admins that I was cheating or ghosting with Granada apparently didn't understand the meaning of "I'm not ghosting."

If you could, please go back and review the logs so it will prove I did nothing wrong.

Were the friends who were in ventrilo with you that night playing on our server as well? If so, please provide their names.

Hey Brift, I'm in vent talking with them right now. I would give you their names, but they don't want to be brought into this mess. Any other suggestions?

I really can't do that. Why can't you just look at my side of the story and view the chat logs from that night to make sure my story cooperates with the logs. That's the only solution that I can think of.

Chat logs won't show what was said on Vent. So that really doesn't prove anything. I mean, we'll go over the chat log... but that's only the part that we can see.

What would you do in OUR shoes? We're trying to keep players from giving/getting advantages over other players. Ghosting is a bannable offense here so it's not something that we are just going to guess around on. I've never had any problems with you, but you haven't been around very long either. How are we to put ourselves in your shoes without some trust?

send the names in a private message to neg or brift, if they don't want thier name shown here. They and all the admins will keep those names secret since its no one else's bussiness other then the banning admin and the people involved. But in my opinion not saying the names may have been only an excuse to help give yourself backup, even though this may not be true.

Like Neg said we try to keep the server as clean as possible and ghosting is an intolerable offense to those who try it. Hope this gets settled quickly, but with out proof I'm afraid it will be a slow process. Good Luck dude.

What I'm trying to say is, Granada is a known hacker and he WAS hacking during that night in question and was so blatant about it. Why would he need my help "ghosting" when he already has no walls. See what I'm saying? Also, Granada constantly makes racists comments in chat and voice, so what credibility to his words should he have?

No one said he had any credibility at all... Where did that come from? See I'm a bit confused. They way you talk, it's like you almost play with him on more than a "one night" basis. People were on his team and didn't say he was mic spamming or using racism. Ironically as well, you both started playing on the server right about the same time. Should I look when you both started playing here as well because I definitely can do that. I'm not trying to push you around. I'm trying to get things resolved. If you don't want to try cooperating with us, why should we put time into the case?

Why is it so hard to send a private message of the names of your friends who are able to get you off the hook? Do they even exist? perhaps, but in my opinion with out them this is going no where with out the banning admin or negs approval. You know what they are asking for, whats the difficulty in getting it?
