Hey:
I hope this is the correct area for this post.
I have never done this before,but at the request of my clanmates I would like to ask for a lift or please look into why i was banned.
I believe, as Im an admin of our server's that the logs will prove my innocence up untill i did argue.
It was We Were Soldiers.. A few Eve's ago.
I came down from main NVA base to find a teamate fraggin a helo after killin its driver(Now personally I would have left it to prevent it from spawning soon and deprive the nme of it.)However and to the point .As this person was fraggin i ran past and grabbed the nme's weapon(M-16) at this point I WAS TKed by said player.With thier rifle.
Now here's where I got out of line.
I did use profanity..Called him an A$$ at least,but in my own defence had just bounced from 2 other servers because of TKers. So instatntly my back was up.
However My biggest complaint would have to be that I was told to Shush or words to that effect and that That person doesn't have to answer to me.
Now,I might have ticked the wrong person off at the wrong time and they we're all friends as they said ""Call Tyrone" however I did not TK and only complained at bieng TKed. The person who did it did not say sry and I was venting .
I am or was a regular in the server as are my clanmates
I am a good gamer as the logs will show and would appreciate bieng able to play on your bandwidth again.
I would also like to take the time now to register a formal with respect to the fact that I was not spoken too .nor did an Admin speak to me...I was talked trash to when I Did have a valid and real complaint an I was TKed . I did NOT TK back only spouted off.For the profanity or anyone other than the TKer(LOL) that I offended i am sorry.

Mohawk doesnt come by these forums very often, so I will reply.

He tked you, even admited it, but also apologized. You didn't want to hear it. You guys went back and forth a few times, finally you said "STFU faggot TKer". That's what got u banned.

If your an admin on a server, then you can understand that we gotta put up with this kind of crap all of the time. A lot of times, we don't even get to play because we're taking care of some idiot on the server, making it a good place to place for the other guests on our servers. I don't expect any of these guys to give a warning before they kick/ban.

I see nothing in the log that would make me consider lifting the ban. Mohawk has been a great admin, and is also a well respected member of the EoD Dev team. The good news for you is that your ban will expire Thu Apr 8 03:12:47 2004. It's not permanent.

Thanks also for the info,as i said I was wrong and was irritated at the TKing ALL Over the place....My only ,umm,if I may, suggestion.That when an Admin is responding to a person, they Identify themselves as an Admin, I do not have any excuse for my Verbal assault and Am sorry for the Very derogatory comment....So Mohawk, I am sorry for that,However had I known i was speaking to someone of any authority or standing, and as you Gent's so properly stated Individuals taking ALL the Admin's time away from them I would only have asked why the TK...I'm still at a loss for the admition and the Logs do show that as i recall no apology, only an explanation that i "was in the way" i only argued as I said saw nades,avoided them and was shot... I suppose after the other TK's in Other servers that night I was very aggitated,
Sorry again Mohawk for spoiling your fun,I do know and deal with those people as well. I hope you can accept my appology as I do enjoy your server,and Most all the associated people with Ninja.Not to mention I am the Biggest Proponent of EoD in my group and the clanmates i play it with only downloaded after I convinced them of it's Design of Teamwork.I love to run a gun rather than be a superpower in an M1A1 and find the fluidity second to non.
In hindsight I wish the incident had never happened,however I hope to be able to move on and make new associations...

Ive been out of town for a 250 man lan party and stay pretty busy workin on EOD and our own Lan party.

I do remember the incident, and I believe I banned quite a few people that night. Getting in teamspeak helps, but your attitude and vulgarity pushed me to ban you.

The Incident:
Heli is at bottom of hill, im a medic and go to destroy it. I throw my 3 nades, and heli is still there, people spawn, I kill them, go get their kit, throw more nades, get another kit, kill someone, get another kit, someone spawns, I start firing and you walk into it. You cussed/complained, i said i was sorry, bitching ensued, I said "bye" then banned you.

Most admins dont wear tags identifying themselves as such or play under different/multiple names, maybe I should have stated I was an admin, but would that have changed anything? Its hard to say. Just watch with the bashing & vulgarity and just try to have fun. Id also recommend joining TS as the admins and reguarls stay in it and it adds alot to the gameplay.
