I played on your servers because it says tker's kicked/banned.

Well about 30 minutes ago I'm having fun then some moron named ·[BCo]·Wraith· wasn't happy that I got in the tank with him and he started mouthing off and calling names. So I got out and he tk's me. He proceeds to tk me 3 more times until he's kicked. Then proceeds to repeat this process and starts tking other people and myself again. When I move to the allies to get away from this and follows me and continues shooting me down. I wasn't pleased to say the least and yet when I told {K5K}Lt. Dan he did nothing, except to say I suggest you drop it. Now excuse me but being excessivly tked and shot down in health and I should drop it? Why wasn't the server's rules enforced he was tking everyone on the North Vietnam side and when he switched he shot me down numerous times. This wasn't fun for me and people being shot by him. Then to add insult to injury I get an admin who's less then apathetic and more interested in other things. Saying I should sit and be tked . I admit I got a bit disgruntled when he didn't do anything but that was after 10 minutes of in-action. Please tell me if tkers' kicked/banned is still enforced or like Dan said it's open season and people should just grin and bear it. Thank you.

What a shining example of the rudeness I encountered on the server. You sir did nothing after I tried to gather help for my situation for 10 minutes you sat and did nothing. I'm not going to wait through twenty minutes of tking to listen as to why you're not going to enforce your rules. I asked you to remove someone tking people on the vietcong side, that had followed me and was continuing to tk my health down while you saying to "just drop it". Call it what you will but I will voice my objections to someone constantly tking and bleeding me while you try to explain why you're not doing what your server very clearly flashes by as a bannable/kickable offence. You jumped on me for voicing my concerns and disgust with the situation after having to endure that then proceed to threaten me for not putting up with it. I can't play with him tking and bleeding me. The server very clearly says tker's will be kicked/banned. So why was someone constantly doing that not doing what the server says it will do? Instead I get someone who calls me a whiner because I don't want to have my ass shot off by someone who's following me from team to team bleeding me.

You wern't going to explain anything, nothing was said for 5 minutes before I left you had ample time to say something. You were rude and are being rude on the board for no reason. I was tked here, at the worst you had to hear about it from me. My game was disrupted and in the end you did nothing despite him being kicked by the server twice for tking already.

Disgruntledplayer, what is your problem? I read these posts all the time and it is funny how some people act, but you are beginning to remind me of a person that is spoiled.

Didn't you read what he said? it seems really cut and dry to me. He just joined the server and had no idea what has been going on.

What part makes no sense? When presenting a problem about ANYTHING in life you have to bring it to attention tactfully and without a one sided behaviour<-----*sp for the euros .

Then when he responds, you do the EXACT thing you should not do. You decide to take it upon yourself to try and flame an admin and a damn good one at that.

You need to do a few things;

A) re read what your saying because it looks more like a personal attact on an admin rather than a legit complaint.

B) Reconsider the way you have presented you issue to him and this community HE belongs to.

C) Realiza that this is a game and even if it was real life, people make mistakes and things do happen.

OH yes and generally we don't mess directly with TKers unless WE witness it first hand. TKers are kicked and banned (I know I've been kicked from the flying one, whatever it is for accidentally dropping the bombs at the wrong time and wiping out myself and my pilot). It's built in automagically to BFSM, at a -6 score or 3 tks it kicks. After a person is kicked twice they are banned.

When I got on the server, all I saw was two people bitching at one another which happens often when tk'ing is involved, but I told both of you to drop it or I would kick both of you and that is when you started in on me. I love how you gave me a full 5 minutes to respond..hmm...maybe I was PLAYING?? If I responded to everyone who wanted me to kick someone I would never have time to do anything else. If someone is tk'ing they take care of themselves through the server. If it is persistent with the tk'ing just up to the point of getting kicked and then backing off, I will see a trend and take care of it, but I had just got there and did not have time to see anything for myself. If you thought I was rude to you, then so be it, but I get a lot of false reports on people who just want people kicked for one reason or another so unless I see it myself, I have to have time to observe the behavior.

You had more then 5 minutes, I was on the server with you for a full round. All you did was say stop complaining even while the tking was going on, you had ample chance to stop it and did nothing you never wanted to look. And no thoughts about it, you were rude and the reply on the board was just an extension of it. He was bleeding me and following me from team to team you just had to stop and take a look. You begged to be a mod on this board so do it. You don't get to play when someone is breaking server rules. Thats part of the responsbility.

Dude you have some serious issues with your attitude towards people who give freely of their time to help others.

Lets take a hypothetical situation..shall we??
Let's say you walk into work and you are a manager, and I am a customer. I run up to you and start yelling and screaming for you to fire one of your employees on how he treated me...should you a)wait and review the situation and try to get both sides of the story b)take my side and fire him automatically??

If I had access to check the logs and see what was said before it all started, you might not be as innocent as you are making yourself out to be. After you left (if I remember correctly) we did not have any more problems from the supposed person you were having issues with. And as it has been said numerous times already, if someone is bleeding you it is hard to prove unless I see someone do it firsthand, and I am not friggin Merlin where I can just pop in where and when I choose to. This process has limitations, and the ones who are smacktards eventually get found out and booted, but you cannot just go around booting everyone because they were accused of something...or the server would be empty...is this sinking in yet??
