Is =HR= recruiting?

I have heard from a few people that you guys have met the member cap or whatever...

Just wondering

We just brought a couple of new people into the group, but we do not actively recruit.

There is a catch for if they recruit you though. You have to swear never to knife an =hr= member (see saigon ).

As far as =HR= goes, we actually select people who go thru a voting process behind the scenes.... We just added 2 new members Drayu/Mr.Saigon..... We will probably/maybe/? add a few more in the future(not immediately) & we are always watching people play on all the servers we help run........
