It was three years ago today that it happend and I still can't believe it. I remember I was still living with my parents at the time, and my mom woke me up and said "Do you want to see history on TV?" Little did I know what she meant. I watched it all unfold on TV for the next few hours. My friend lived in the city so I called him right away but couldn't get through. When I finally did, I woke the bastard up! I couldn't believe he was sleeping. We talked for the next few hours as he gave me some eyewitness reports. At that time I lived near a Air National Guard base and I never heard so many jets take off at once.
Later I found out that my brother's fraternity brother had family working in the towers. He had a brother in EACH tower. One got out, and the other did not. So to you
Christopher Cramer , we tip our hats and take a minute of silence to reflect for you and all the
others who died that day.
If anyone cares to post their thoughts/memories please do so. I've double posted this on our HR forums as well.
