I was able to play with Trahn Lee and CannibalKid for quite a while yesterday, and we had some great matches. Trahn was really tearing up Hill937-night in the BTR .

Vinh Loc was great until a bunch of smacktards joined and camped the planes at the VC airfield instead of defending the other spawns. Oh well.

IMO, it really only takes 5 or so decent, team-oriented players on a team to make the experience fun.

Oh, I was using "camping" in its other sense, that is, the fact that when there are smacktards a-plenty on a server, they tend to congregate near the planes.

We controlled the airfield and other flags, but they all massed at the airfield we controlled instead of spreading themselves out to defend the other flags.

I didn't play on the EOD server until late last night. I do not recall playing HILL 937 Night.. I do remember playing a few games that you were in. I just didnt get to Hill 937. Might have been Mohawk or one of the other guys.

As for others camping planes..it is what most pubbers do on maps with planes and helicopters..

I'm pretty sure that it was me an Mohawk in the BTR, cos we were tearing it up with the BTR... not the first time that happened BTW...

As for Vinh Loc... I was on this map for a while... and unless it was after i left, i don't think people were camping the plane, as i was in the Mig for a good portion of the time spent on that map... I'm also not sure who was "camping" the VC Airbase spawn. Was it the US or the VC? If it's the VC, then they should be at that spawn just chilling out, cos that spawn is integral to not getting forced back into the valley spawn and the little village spawn. It drives me insane when we lose that spawn and can't get the Mig up, as the Mig is an integral part of keeping the US from getting too much strength on the island in that map.
