I have a 75 Gallon Saltwater as well. Just recently put it back together since the hurricanes killed off all my fish.

The first big decision is glass or acryllic. Thoughts? Acrylic will be stronger, lighter and clearer, but may scratch more easily.

I'd go with glass. Easier to maintain and less expensive. Besides, once filled with water, you'd probably wouldn't be able to move either one.
Here's what my tank looked like at one point :p

Ok, so ive settled on a 72" long glass 180ga, 40ga refugium, and the Sump i'll make out of an old 40ga i have in the garage that snakes used to reside in.
I'll start with live rock and live sand - I hope to use multiple sources from both - I'm still trying to find a few good places to buy cured live-rock online that will ship to canada. Fun to fedex 200lbs of living rock accross the border, im sure.
Fish? So far:
Porqupine puffer (1)
Flame Angel (1)
6 Striped Wrasse (1)
Moorish Idol (1)
Clown (They're cute) (1)
School of 30 green chromis.
- Any other suggestions? Comments on how these will all mingle together?
Hermit crabs, pencil urchins - maybe a few snails, and/or a small/cool lobster.
Now, im lazy, so i'll for sure buy a protein skimmer - Any recommendations on brands? Also, any suggestions on brands for pumps/heaters/etc?
