This is something I've been looking for for approximately 2 weeks now.
Is there any program out there that allows you to dial phone numbers from the internet? For FREE, mind you.
Better yet if it were mobile phone numbers, because that's what I really need..
I do not have credit card access or any of that, I just need a program to settle a few things with some people I know, and if I can make the calls without throwing away money in the process it would obviously be a lot better..

I asked my friends alredy, and until now the only program they could point me at was Skype, but I tried it and you have to pay if you want to call telephones, both static and mobile. As I alredy said, no way I can spend money over the internet (don't even plan on doing it for that reason..), so that's out of the question.. I just need a free program.
