True Story
I am planning to move to the philadelphia area by june of this year. I have been looking for a job in that area for bout 2 weeks and obviously have to do phone interviews of video confrences. Yesterday I had an interview with an IT company that caters to fortune 1000 companies in regards to software and hardware support. I would be working in the Marketing/b2b service and sales end of it.
Anyway, i had to wait for 4hours before this guy would call. He calls 2 minutes before the window for him to call ends (8am-12pm). He called and the actual interview went great! I was not too happy about the time i had to wait because 4 hours of my time is BS, but i was ok with it. He was very happy with the interview and i was as well.
At the end of thin interview, the very end, he said i look forward to receiving that fax on monday and i have a good feeling about you. I said, thats great and thank you Mark and he paused for a few seconds and said bye.
Sounds ok, right?
Well I went to the paper that i wrote the fax number on and I noticed that the person that I was talking to was named MATT.
hahaha I know i blew the job by doing that and i am not worried because i am looking at higher paying jobs, but I definatley got owned by myself.
