Well, they added a big gay logo, that doesnt even match the interface. Oh and a yahoo IM button. They would be dumb to change much in the first few versions - They want to ride on the good udpsoft rep for a while before the completely ruin the util.

I paid for the 'lifetime' license. Any chance that they will say in the future somelike "yes but that was with the old owner, now you have to pay every year" or something like that? I don't trust the big "lets buy a lot of small companies and milk 'm dry" companies.

I paid for my ASE and love it!! I like it so much I've pretty much stopped using my GameSpy account (to which I am a founding member=$$$) and that crap ass thing called X-fire. The only reason that I got ASE was from rcommendations by the ppl on this forum and those who play on the DCF server. I've reccomended ASE to some of my buddies too.
If Yahoo is smart on this, they wont **** with a thing!
As to sticking it to those that have paid for it, I think we'll get "grand-father'ed in".

I'm happy for the ASE devs though, hopefully they got lots of $$$$$$$$
I, like some of you, actually paid for the lifetime subscription. I hope they dont mess it up. This was the first shareware/freeware/etc that I thought DESERVED my hard earned $$.

allready found an issue, YOU CAN'T BLOCK GAME INVITES !, honestly what the ****, people just want to find a server in peace without these stupid invites popping up every couple minutes. and the people sending them aren't even playing on the server they are advertising.
and yes i have them turned off, and i'm still getting them.
