[Horsepower]

Most of you guys in the US have probably heard about this. To me, it looks like the students were pretty much acting in self defense, though they were probably acting like little bastards beforehand. What do you think?

when the driver goes back to talk to one of the kids, another kid walks up behind him which is considered a threatning move(boxing him in).

so from my point of view, he did what he had to. and the little punkasses deserved more of a "beatdown" then they actuall did.

(that and the trailer trash kid is stupid as hell, picking a fight with someone over double his size and weight)

Too hard to say...the guy should know that by touching them he is pretty much signing is job away but they definetly shoulda been behaving better, yet this is just a clip not the entire bus ride...we have no way of knowing what led to this point so yea I'm undecided.

Anyone stupid enough to fight a kid in front of a security camera deserves to be a school bus driver for the rest of his life. That should be punishment enough.

If i were one of those parents i would be sitting in jail right now. I do not care what the kids were doing. The kids were what, 10-11? They do not have the maturity to go toe to toe with the bus driver. He was completley wrong.

Its one thing to take abuse from a kid, but entirley different to abuse them. If they physically threatened him (i.e) punched him or something, then he should have stepped off of the bus after calling for a deputy. Then the kid gets cuffed and parents become responsible.

I think he was more than likely provoked, but just the same, if it was my kid he was wailing on, i would be in jail for beating the man for a LONG time.

I totally agree with tatoo. You never hit kids. You are mentally stronger so you use your mouth not your hands. The adult was using brute force and was clearly the aggressor. It was a school bus what do you expect from kids, it are kids. You want to teatch them that if they get annoyed they should start hitting other people?

If it was my kid the guy would have hit i would put some money aside and spent it on a good attorney and demonstrate to the guy that words can hurt a hell lot more then hands can.

Everbody who thinks that hitting is a acceptable educational instrument needs to get some screws adjusted in his head.
