yea and even then they are usually more concerned with who gave you the alcohol rather than you, and kids have partys every weekend where the drink themselves stupid and like stryker said unless someone calls the cops or there's an sting no one cares...and from what i notice cops would rather catch the guy's pushing drugs and dui's, stuff that is more important.

I'd say keep it at 21. Driving accidents are bad enough at 16-19, why then increase the amount of accidents by making it legal to drink? I think it's fine as is.

P.S. I know people under 21 still drink and drive, but the number won't go down if you legalize it.
