Doesn't matter if its a women, an officer is supposed to treat everyone equally and she was being completely uncooperative when she had broken the law, we have laws for a reason and if you break them you can't just brush it off, you have to cooperate and she did not. I admit the force was a tad extreme but if you take a swing at a cop they are trained to respond, she made a mistake in being totally uncooperative from the start and than ignoring his 4-5 warnings that were clear as day as well as swinging at an officer. If he attempted to physically remove her from the car there would have been numerous possibility's for injury to both parties, she needed to just calm down and get out of the car, instead she started throwing a fit cuz she broke the law and didn't want to deal with it.

Got that right HP. I think the cop should of repeated those first instructions one or two more times. His actions were not excessive, just a little quick. I mean, if a cop asks you to do something, just do it. It isn't rocket sience.... |
