No Bonez. Those are normal temps for cards today. Mine idles around 55 and under stress is 62.

just checked pricewatch and Newegg has it for $294 + $5 shipping.


Also, just had to install a new case fan, so I got one that pushes more air, and I am down to the low 50's for temperature.
