well sofar there are two reports, one says it was an asian guy that got shot for wearing a big jacket, the other one is that a pakistani in a big jacket was the person.
the asian report was from someone that was interviewed that was actually there, there is no source for the one that everyone is cheering about.

yes it does. they could have just shot someone for no other reason then being afraid.
and the current report is that he was suspected in connection with the original bombings, but rule of thumb is #1 don't shoot in the chest(to prevent detonation of exposive devices) and #2 don't shoot a suspect unless they are armed.
but the british police force for years have only used night sticks and then all of a sudden are given guns stuff like this is going to happen.

Well those police officers that are using weapons are special armed police. You need to have a 'special' training for that in the UK. It is not as it is here for example, where all officers are equiped with firearms, and are not allowed to hit the streets without one.
