XM Radio

Since I really don't have much to ask for this christmas I thought maybe I'd ask for XM radio. Does anyone have it and have any suggestions for which unit to get? I want one that's easily transportable from my car, my wife's car, and my home stereo. I was thinking of this one:

I am lookinginto Sirius myself, my boss just got it, and we have it in the store, and it rocks! But XM is great too, Groovydude has one, that he is selling, not sure why, but you should ask him.

The only reason I'm leaning towards XM is because of O&A. I don't really care about Stern, and I'm almost always home on Sundays for NFL. Hopefully Groovy will post his impressions.

The XM radio I'm selling is just an extra one I now have.

I own three XM receivers at the moment: Skyfi2, Roady2, and XMPCR. I bought my wife a Roady2 for Christmas (shhh ) and will most likely sell my XMPCR after Christmas on Ebay(they're discontinued and going for over 250+).

I never considered Sirius when I was shopping for Satelite radio since they only had one nasty looking receiver, and were more expensive. Since then XM has increased their pricing to match and added XMonline for the same fee.

I really enjoy XM radio and am seriously lost without it. Once you get addicted to XM, there's no going back regular radio.

If you're interested, I'd check out the xmonline demo. I think it's good for three days and should give you access to all the XM channels so you can hear what they have to offer.

My favorite Channels:

MIX
THE GROOVE
ETHEL <---- My overall favorite
LUCY
THE 80'S
XM COMEDY

I have the Roady2. Even though the chart says No for REmote control, you can buy it separately for it.

I've heard the XT is much better than the Roady2, have you heard the same?

They're pretty much the same except the XT is the newer model. Also, The interface on the XT is proprietary (you'll need a car or home dock), while the Roady2 has standard output, a/c adapter and antenna ports.
