Get the public beta of windows Vista now!
Ive been following the releases and they just got the link up for Vista Beta 2, You can download it and use it for a year(i think) on up to 10 pc's
You need a passport (msn messenger login) to get it, Live account=Passport (just incase you didn't figure it out)

anything about setting up a dual boot with it ?

do you have a second partition on your hard drive that can be wiped? if not get a cheap 2nd drive and just change boot drives in your bios.

if you get to beta for a year, what happens after that time? does it automatically revert to XP or do you have to buy it?

^^Scratch that. It cost me $10.25. Get the download and burn it yourself for sure. If you choose "Get the DVD" at signup, you're locked into getting it. I tried going back to snag the download instead but couldn't.
