And holy cow I actually saw Tank playing 2142 the other night
.....not for long though.

Ive seen tank play too but he gets kicked almost everytime by the server due to high ping.

I usually kick myself while playing 2142.. about one round is all i can take of that game.. =) They probably would have done better making it a Vietnam Mod instead of a futuristic mod for bf2..

it is interesting you say that, ive heard 3/4 other people say almost the exact same thing..would have been better off making another bfv.

I'm finding it's not so bad once you get used to it... The only thing that bugs me is the suddenness which peoples score's fly up. I was #1 last night in several maps till towards the end of the round and then I suddenly start seeing all of these people's scores jumping by 10-20 points at a time immediatly. Makes no sense to me, but maybe I am missing something, because if that keeps up there is no way in hell I'm getting the 3-2-1 bronze medals, much less the upgrades.

Of course what does bug me is when something happens like did last night where TS goes down... Then the game got frustrating as hell. Especially when I keep getting killed by this damn sniper as soon as I spawn so I can't get to him, and I can't get assistance to take him out due to TS being down. That had me cursing and yelling at my screen "Why the hell can't the other 5 freakin people standing by me and getting hit too NOT see him?!" (and yes I did the spotted, and no the other 5 people around me were not squadies).

I'm still here (somewhere). I haven't been playing many computer games, or any video games lately (work + school+ girls...). But once some bf2 mods start coming out (fh2/eod2) I will most defiantly be playing much more, right now there just aren't many games that hold my interest.
