if you type ptk in the console it will punish a tker, well the one that just killed you.. so if they do it on purpose thats when to use it. i've only used it a few times.. i think it just takes away from there score.

all tks are automatically punished unless u use ftk i think.

It's supposed to add to their re-spawn time. Not sure if ut's over and above what the server already adds though.

It will tack on seconds to the tker's spawn time. However, it only works if the server has "punish tk" disabled.
