Omg!!! Rofl!! I work support for a cable ISP and that was hauntingly familiar!! Had a woman last night who broke down in tears cause she couldn't get her e-mails - took 10 min to get her to calm down enough to tell me what her problem even was :p

hey people will call their broadband isp because their aol won't work, so i woulden't put it past someone calling because they suck at a game
