hell ya man i gained about 20lbs one year. my gf gained 20 also. i was like 155 she was 120. i wasn't at all bothered by her wait kuz her boobs were mmm. but shit man i don't like rolls. so i skated that off post haste.

In High school i wrestled at 140 and never had to struggle to make weight - shoulda gone 135 but that guy was awesome

Since High School... It only took about 5 years and i was getting near the 200 lbs mark and haven't moved since. I graduated in 1990. Weigh between 192 and 199 and i never exercise! Man if i did start exercising....

i didnt excercise for the first 3 months. i worried about my caleroie intake to my bmi. i notice i was taking in 3500 cal. a day. and at that rate i was putting on 1/10 of a pound a day. so in 10 days a pound and in a year 32 lbs. so first off i stop all caleroies that were drinked. so no sodas or diet sodas. also no caffein and no alcohol. i cut out all unness calories. then ate fresh fruit , veg , chicken, and lean beef.. i started doing push ups after 3 months and stop that when they didnt do anything for me anymore and bought a pull up bar. way better after you deveolup the musicel with the push ups. i did other things like find good places to eat out for when i wanted to eat out. also i cut out all trans fat. so anything with hydronated anykind of oil is a trans fat. and the gov. allowes companys to say there transfat free if they have less then .5% in it. but it still adds up. since your body cant brake it down or most of the time get rid of it.
