I work tech support - trust me, they are that stupid! After I had been doing my present job only 3 months, talking to lawyers, Dr's (who never seem to fail to tell you they are one as if that gives them special treatment) and all other types of people, who can't answer a simple question like how many solid lights do you see on the modem (now spend 5 min identifying what piece of equipment is what), next toughest question is their phone number, I seriously began to fear for the ***ure of the human race! :eek:
