Ya im looking for any info any one has on good programs to help me start make a mod. I want to make one on the Korean War since there is no good release for it. Info would be great

I told you last night. NOTEPAD. There is no program to make a program for you - Thats precisely what modding is - making a program. You need a bit of object oriented programming clue, and a LOT of graphical clue. From photoshop to 3dstudio max.

you can create objects and skins and some animations without knowing how to program

Can't create a mod though!
Takes about a week of coding to get a new tank right, after you've modelled and skinned it. Besides, kronic and pencil spend as much time in 3dsmax as they do coding

I think so . But they probably have the basic vehicles you need for a korean war mod.

don't think they would take it too kindly if you swiped their models and sounds without telling them (think the gc/is/eod mod the two dipwads released saying they made it)
